Is this version PS4 or PSV-only?

I'm unable to find the product code for Radio Hammer Station (JP) for PS4,

which leads me to believe this is a VITA-only release?

Seems the only serial codes are for PS4 (AS) version, and OST for PS4 in both AS and JP.
And then that same OST for PSV in both AS and JP, also game for both AS and JP..

 

But no PS4 game with a separate trophy list from AS PS4 game version, is this correct?

I'm mainly writing here so that the PSNProfiles catalog can be fixed but I'm glad I could help in other ways.

 

There's a few titles on SerialStation that are partially listed in katakana, would be good to look through that.

Also, it seems that the OSTs for Radio Hammer Stations have concatenated the first 2 words of the title:
