NP-32086-9 Error

Is anyone getting the error "Cannot sync trophies with Playstation Network. (NP-32086-9)" after this latest PSN outage?  I get this whenever I try to manually sync my trophies.  Also, a bunch of my games are crashing or showing error messages at startup as well, I assume due to the same error about connecting to PSN?  Maybe the outage is still ongoing?  Just thought I would ask if I am not the only one.  Also, I did try to rebuild my database just to see if there was something corrupted or anything but that didn't resolve the issue.

That error means your profile has been corrupted, thus it has to be deleted and recreated so the bad data is removed but backup all of your saves and screenshots before doing that, because deleting your profile is essentially a soft format of your Hard Drive so will wipe all of your folders, unsynced trophies, saves, screenshots, music, system settings, themes, browser settings and history from existence. Fortunately, all your games and DLCs will still be intact but everything else will go bye-bye.

Ahhh man, that isn't cool at all.  Thanks for the info though.  I will get the backup started and then delete it all away.   Suppose I will lose my trophies I had earned and didn't sync since it is impossible for me to sync with that error right now, but could be worse I suppose.
