Does having low honour effect the western bull moose spawn

Nope, he just have a low spawn rate, i got mine in Colter, after 4h sleeping and running around

Every time I go to that point. It’s always a wolf on the hill and not the moose

Yeah, this moose is super hard to spawn, and i actually got one by that frozen pond where you find one of the legendary gunslingers, he was right in the middle of it, but like i said, this moose is one of the hardest animals to spawn, i tried a bunch of different locations and only managed to get one on that location, and that's the only one i've seen in 200h of gameplay

Took me three months on and off to find that thing. Eventually spawned up at Cairn lake. I maybe ran around my house screaming 'moose' a little too loudly after that ?
