I recently got the 190/191 scavenging location glitch, thus locking me out of the platinum in that playthrough. I created a new game and have all 4 scrap crews built. In my previous playthrough, I did the scrap crew challenges, but I don't remember if I only had to close the application, or if I had to turn off the PS4 too. So, will the scrap crews collect scrap as long as I have the application closed, or do I have to turn off the PS4 too? The reason I'm asking is because I want to be able to play other games while waiting for the scrap crews to collect enough scrap. Thanks.
