Trophy hunting predictions for 2021.

I'll go ahead and put a couple of predictions and some goals.

 

Predictions

 

1. Days Gone (PS4) will be my first platinum of the 2021.

2. I will reach 10,000 trophies sometime in 2021.

 

Goals (in order of "likeliness of happening".)

 

1. Finally go back and plat Zone of Enders (PS3). Has been an eyesore for a couple of years now.

2. Finally start (and platinum) Persona 5. Been meaning to do this for years now but never got the motivation.

3. Get 200 plats total. Really depends if I do some short plat games. Prior history is good on this one, but as they say in the financial world, "Prior performance is not an indicator of future result."

4. Reaching 87.5% completion. Currently am slightly above 85%, but would have to really concentrate on games I've already started for this to become reality (or finally spend money on DLC).

Definitely:

 

-I'll get fewer "filler" platinums. Easy games aren't off the table, but I'm going to mostly stop with the over 95% platinums.

 

-I'm going to move PS3 and Vita online trophies up the priority list. 

 

-I'm going to work on my PS3 and Vita backlogs.

 

-I'm going to platinum every LEGO game on Vita.

 

-I'll finally get the Ultimate Collector trophy in NBA 2K20. Still debating whether the platinum is worth it.

 

-Speaking of which, I'll avoid NBA 2K21. Even if it was free, I'm not touching it.

 

-I'll get somewhere between 150 and 200 platinums.

 

Maybe:

 

-I'll get a PS5. I can't justify it right now, but I would like one in the future. Maybe at the end of 2021.

 

-I'll try to get into more RPGs.

 

-I'll try out some VR games (I know I want to platinum Astro Bot).

 

-I'm sure I'll think of something else eventually. Right now, I'm having trouble brainstorming.
