Underwhelmingly good game

I’d love this game to come to PS5 with a fresh trophy list ??
I put off playing this game for some time, didn’t think I’d enjoy it! - amazing game, enjoyed every minute.

I’m gonna just throw it out there… I enjoyed this game a lot more than Ghost of Tsushima. I platted both but Ghost felt like much more of a repetitive grind to me,  mainly because the side quests and activities were so dull.

I just finished Days Gone.  Went in with low expectations after hearing the very mixed reviews, but honestly it turned out to be one of the best games I've played on PS4.  Definitley the best open world game I can think of in recent memory, far better than Horizon Zero Dawn for example.  I think I liked it so much because it was very story heavy and there was minimal typical open world crap/collectables/pointless side missions.  Also there was no glitches for me, maybe they have patched it since but it ran smooth for me on PS4.  The plat was easy as well and I'd pretty much done it all by the end of the story with no guides required, always a plus.  The challenge DLC is also awesome.

I've been in this headspace for a couple of years now. Life's too short for certain kinds of mediocrity or just plain lame gameplay loops.
