Edit: I didn't have any trouble unlocking trophies. In fact 'Shortcut Killer' and 'Train Surfing' even popped a little early. However, there was a nasty bug on Dartmoor that left me unable to load any auto or manual saves after I completed the Photographer Mission Story. I had to reload an autosave from the first time I completed the mission to get the Challenges to count. My advice to anyone would be to minimise reloading the game whilst doing Mission Stories on Dartmoor, just finish up the level instead of reloading if you make a mistake.
