Question about PS3 games on PS Now

So, I’ve been considering the PS Now trial (don’t plan to keep it past the trial) and wanted to ask about how trophies are handled with PS3 games on PS Now. If I started a PS3 game and earned some trophies, then later bought the disk/PS Store download of said game for PS3, I assume the trophies transfer over but the save data doesn’t. 

 

Is that correct? I just don’t want to chance a situation of somehow glitching the trophies by earning some through PS Now & others through PS3.

Trophies are tied to your account, so they will remain on your account regardless of save data.

 

As for your save data, if you are a PS+ member, you can upload your save data to the cloud, and download it to your PS3 later.

Everything what yuber1234 said, plus u can also backup your savedata in USB pen drive. In case u dont have ps+ subscription.

The trophies you get there are the same as what was released on the PS3 except in very, very rare cases. If you look at my trophy list...your proof is the first Uncharted (Not the remaster) that I played with the PSNow but didn't come anywhere near finishing...and now I'm using a hard copy and a PS3 to clean up my old games that I never cleaned up when I switched to PS4 exclusively and used PSNow to get a feel for the system after XBox completely s*** the bed with XBoxOne. It's not creating a new, separate list.
