Popular Post AveLukas42
Hi guys, I found a way, with my brother, to play online co-op and still get the trophies for both even if your friend does not have the game. I will try to explain it clearly, it's not an easy task with all the steps, and English is not my first language, so if you do not understand something just ask. At first you have to know that you need to have two controlers and your friend's account on your console To make things easier I will give letters : A = My account on my PS5 B = My brother's account on his PS4 C = My brother's account on my PS5 At first I took my first controler to logged to A, who invited B to a party. Then I took my second controler to logged to C, and joined the party via the notifications. So on the party there was my account on my PS5, my brother's account on his PS4 and my bother's account on my PS5. With C I invited B to a share screen, chosing the option that the player with whom you share the screen can control your character and help you. And then when I started A Way Out or It Takes Two (we did it on both and it worked), and he was not listed as a "guest" like previously but as his PSN username and could get his trophies, without having to buy the game. I hope I was clear Edited June 24, 2021 by DaivRules
Yuber6969
Do both players get trophies when playing in local co-op (or Shareplay)? EDIT: Found out the answer is yes for local co-op, but no for Shareplay. Edited December 10, 2021 by yuber1234
Megatritionsts
Hello I think it is possible for both players to get trophies as long as you have 2 controllers not sure about Shareplay but I know it works for local Coop if you sign in with a second controller from a different user if I am Correct I hope it works for you!
RayShuttlesworth
This is very helpful, Thanks! Everything was clear. This should still work even if both me and my brother have PS4s right? Or will it only work if mine was a PS5?

XpanderFX
ok but both accounts must be at same "home" right? its a little pointless as most of us need to do this remotely, "fully" online

GastNDorf
Let me rephrase it, basically you just earn the trophies in local coop but the screen play is just here so you can play remotely… not sure that helps much unless you know an can trust the person enough to let them have your account on their console…
