Are the Dojo challenges made of repeating, identical, randomized sections?

So, let me get this straight: the Dojo challenge is where you collect the lums in a closed-off area, right? 

 

Pro players, @Arkiokin and @AdruA_ , is each room identical every time , just randomized in the order at which it appears?

 

If so, does that mean there's a limited variation of rooms ? Does the player just need to learn the button presses and the timings ? How many room variants EXACTLY are there?

As far as I know, every challenge, including Dojo, consists of limited number of sections which can be learned.
