Adding a link to your signature please help

Hey guys!
So I just recently made this trophy checklist: https://psnprofiles.com/forums/topic/11253-umpick%C2%B4s-stash-of-trophy-awesomeness/ and I´d love to put a text down to my signature, so people can click it and be redirected to the checklist. I´ve seen someone have it but i just can´t figure out how to do it. Any help would be apprieciated

Create text saying, "Trophy Checklist" or whatever,

Click the button that says

"Link"

and paste your url into it.

Like this.

 

OR

 

You can link a picture to your trophy thread if you desire so.

In order to do this, you need to click on the image icon and post the url of the image you want.

Afterwards, you can click "Link" after highlighting the image and paste your url.

 

Like this:

 

If you do this option, I highly suggest putting text underneath saying something along the lines of "Trophy Cabinet", etc.

That way people know that there is actually a link.

I put it to Google on purpose, lol. 

(It was a test to show that the link worked. I posted the url of his trophy cabinet to the image.)

The image works.

I must be doing something wrong, but this doesn't seem to work. When i select a word, hit link and paste my url where it tells me too (it automatically puts the http:// or https:// in the first section), i can't click continue/save, this option is greyed out... I can still fill in an email and so on in the text parts, but i don't need this. Or are there other mandatory steps or things to fill in?

Can anybody tell what i'm missing, cause i can't figure it out... Thanks in advance!

That fully depends on what code that site supports.  You will need to ask that question on whatever site you are on about or check what they use.  If it isn't BBCode, then it's more likely HTML which to do so, you do like this:

<a href="Your Link Here">Image/Name of Link</a>
