I had a Full HD LG TV for an entire decade and I only chose to upgrade to 4K in the very last day before getting my PS5... I know my old TV would still "kick some good ass" but of course 4K looks way better now, it was a good upgrade. If you don't have a 4K one yet don't worry it should still work without any problems, the visuals may not look so epic but everything will still look good I guess...
