Missable Trophies?

Are there any missable trophies or substories on the remastered version?

Yo, the only missable is the trophy "fashionista". When you'll play the hostess maker with Akiyama, make sure to get one of each outfit.

So I’m missing 1 memo: Gang Encounters. 
 

Apparently you can get this in chapter 4 with Kiryu by going to Theatre Square. But I picked up my last coin locker key with Kiryu and I have been running around with the Beads of Good Fortune, so no encounters. I’m in the Finale but I can’t get this to trigger. 
 

Can this be done in Premium Adventure or do I have to do this in NG+?

This can be done in premium adventure. I'm not sure if beads of good fortune would prevent that guy from spawning. Doesn't hurt to try either way.

It’s not triggering in Premium Adventure either.
 

Do you remember what the trigger was? Is it a person with a blue arrow above its head or is it some sort of unavoidable battle?

 

I guess this is missable. I hope it will be in NG+..
