Is it required the neighborhoods status to get the trophy? 

It should be healthy o maybe over 50% it's enough?

if i accidentally bit a normal soldier during a fight, and then quickly quit the app, will it cancel my trophy?

You can bit every opponent in a fight. You won't have the trophy only if you attack non-hostile characters.

I heard back from Sony support over this issues they say I need to open posts on my router and they say this will more like fix the issues  but I don’t think that is  true as when the issues was happing the same issue was happening to my friends ps5 as well.
