All Endings

Mountain Suicide:  This ones simple, simply boot up the opening and once you start by the car just run off the mountain

 

 

Barbed Wire: Early in the game you’ll have to find a board to cross some barbed wire on the 3rd floor, don’t do this, instead fall into the barbed wire, wait for the Nun to be creepy and kill you

 

 

Sick Trap: In the vents is a cover you can open with the screwdriver. Do this then head in, take your first right turn, then another right and you’ll fall into a pit with a paper clip, the Nun will appear and begin vomiting, simply stand in her vomit and die

 

The Loop: In the same vents as above, except just go straight at every possible opportunity this time. Eventually you’ll see a light in the distance. Head towards it and the ending will unlock

 

Normal Ending: Play through the entire game, break the scales, fix the clock and head into the school. Get the candles. Locker padlock code is: 7935. Going here you’ll need the Lighter and Rubbing Alcohol. Drop them both in the kitchen with the scales. Once both candles are lit grab the statue head and then head to the graveyard. Fix the statue then jump into the grave, lay down and close the coffin

 

 

Good Ending: Play through the game as Normal but put each of the 4 VHS tapes in a VCR each. Their locations are as follows; 
 

*Second Floor of the Starting Block - This is for Tape 3 

*In the recreation room off of the kitchen - This is for Tape 1 

* Third Floor of Starting Block (broke window door room) - This is for Tape 2

*Hidden Room within Vents - This is for Tape 5

 

Tape 1 - Found in a room opposite the room you get the screwdriver from 

 

Tape 2 - Found inside of a toilet near the Mannequin Torso

 

Tape 3 - Found by following the path for Vent ending but before it occurs, turn around after

 

Tape 5 - Found in the Classrooms. In the Classroom with a ‘9’ on the board, it’s under the desk at the middle-back.

 

You NEED the lighter for this ending.

 

 

If you watch all 4 in order ending with Tape 5, a cross will fall behind the TV. Pick it up, then head towards where you found the Vent videotape, turning right after the second set of forks. You’ll fall into a small pit. Equip the cross and use it on the sheer wall to float up to the top. Keep going forward and you’ll end up in a room with the Nun caged. 

Pick up the gasoline beside her, use it on her, then use the lighter on her. Then speak to the Hanging Clown, jump up the set of stairs that revealed into a white light to get the final ending

Not a problem. I struggled to find information on the endings myself, so thought I’d pop a mini guide for them here as I can’t create a trophy guide

I don't think you have to do the VHSs in a specific order, the only one I did "in order" was tape 5(? there's only 4 tapes) but the cross still fell and I got the ending.

do you actually have to match the tapes to a certain VCR as specified in the other post or does that not matter either?

 

EDIT: to answer my own question, I don’t think it matters. I just put tape 5 from the classroom in the VCR  across from the nail-boarded up room and tape 3 from the narrow vent in the VCR in the hidden vent room and it worked fine.
