Well there is a good reason, as the PlayStation Network is under going scheduled maintenance until 10PM PST tonight. Here are a few other services you will be unable to access as well: During the maintenance, you will be unable to access the following services: PlayStation Store on PS3 and PSP. PlayStation Network Account Management. PlayStation Network Account Registration. So put your worries aside fellow PlayStation 3 and PSP gamers, this is just maintenance and after 10PM PST everything should be back to normal.
