Look at your trophies on the Playstation App and compare them here to figure out what game is hidden (there's definitely a game hidden, by your own actions whether intentional or not). Once you've figured out which game is hidden, un-hide it as per the instructions in thread linked above.

Directions on Un-hiding Trophies

To un-hide trophies, there are many different ways to do so and you'll need to choose one of the following methods. Do note that each console can only manage games from certain consoles, and not your entire library from all consoles. If you have trophies spanning many PlayStation consoles, the PS4 is the easiest to manage your trophy settings on.

ON PS5

On the PlayStation 5, you can unhide a blank profile or individually manage all of your PS4 & PS5 games:

  1. Go to Settings by selecting the gear icon at the top-right of the PS5's main menu.
  2. Select Users and Accounts.
  3. Go down to the Privacy section on the sidebar and then choose View and Customize Your Privacy Settings.
  4. Scroll down to "Who can see your gaming history" and make sure Anyone is selected for that option.
  5. Below that is an option which says "Hide your games from other players", select that option and make sure none of the games from the list are switched on. Note that you can only hide or unhide PS4 and PS5 games in this menu.
  6. Now you'll need to earn at least 1 new trophy in any game to see your changes show on this website (PSNProfiles), it can be any trophy on any console.
  7. After you've earned a new trophy, then update your profile here on this website by entering your name on the homepage and everything should be fixed!

ON PS4

On the PlayStation 4, you can unhide a blank profile or individually manage all of your PS4, PS3, & PSVita games:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select the Account Management option from the settings menu.
  3. Now select Privacy Settings.
  4. It will ask you to type in your PSN username and password so you can access your privacy settings.
  5. Once you've entered your username and password, it will send you to the "Privacy Settings" page - Select Gaming | Media.
  6. Now select Gaming History.
  7. It take you to a screen which says "Choose who can see your games and trophies", make sure that you select Anyone from the drop-down menu. Press Confirm.
  8. Now back on the Games Privacy Settings menu, choose Hidden Games.
  9. In the Hidden Games menu, you can individually manage your games library for PS3, Vita, and PS4 games here. Selecting "PS4" will show all of your PS4 games and selecting "PS3 & Vita" will show all of your PS3 & Vita games intermixed within your PS4 trophy lists as you scroll through it. PS5 games cannot be hidden/unhidden from the PS4.
  10. Make sure all of your games do not have checks by them, if a game has a check by it, that means that game is hidden.
  11. Press Confirm when you're done. You'll be sent back to the Hidden Games main area.
  12. Now that you've unhidden any games you can exit out of the settings menu.
  13. Now you'll need to earn at least 1 new trophy in any game to see your changes show on this website (PSNProfiles), it can be any trophy on any console.
  14. After you've earned a new trophy, then update your profile here on this website by entering your name on the homepage and everything should be fixed!

ON PS3

If all of your games are hidden on this website, go to the PSN section of the PS3's main menu, then go to Account Management, then select Privacy settings. It will ask you to verify by typing in your PSN password. Then where it says "Show Trophies", you need to select 'Anyone' from the drop-down menu. Now go to step 8 below.

If only specific games are hidden and you want to unhide individual PS4, PS3, and Vita games, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your trophy collection.
  2. Note: Make sure your trophy collection is in "online mode" (Press triangle over the trophy collection icon and then select online mode).
  3. Select your trophy collection and your list of games should populate the screen.
  4. Find a game that doesn't show up on your list on PSNProfiles. Do not press X to select the game though, instead press triangle.
  5. A few options should show up, press privacy settings.
  6. At the top it should say "Show Trophies for This Game" - make sure the box has a check-mark! (If the box is left without a check-mark, the game will stay hidden).
  7. When the box has a check-mark, press OK. Then do the same for all of your other games that don't show up on this website.
  8. Now you'll need to earn at least 1 new trophy in any game to see your changes show on this website (PSNProfiles), it can be any trophy on any console.
  9. After you've earned a new trophy, then update your profile here on this website by entering your name on the homepage and everything should be fixed!

ON PSVITA

If all of your games are hidden on this website, go to the Settings app, then select PlayStation Network, then scroll down and select privacy settings and it will ask you to verify with your PSN password. Once you type your password in, scroll down to "Show Trophies" and make sure 'Anyone' is selected. Now look at step 9 below.

If only specific games are hidden and you want to unhide individual PS4, PS3, and Vita games, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your trophy app so that you are able to see your trophy collection.
  2. At the top-left of your screen, there are two buttons, "PS Vita System" & "PlayStation Network" - You can only edit privacy under "PlayStation Network", so select "PlayStation Network".
  3. A list of all your games show up if you're connected to the internet. Scroll down the list and find one of your games that do not appear on this website and select that game.
  4. When you've selected the game you want, its list of trophies show up. If the game has DLC trophies, you will then need to select the main game's trophy list.
  5. Now press the button at the bottom right, the (•••) button.
  6. A few options show up, you want to select "Privacy Settings".
  7. There will be a pop-up, you'll want to make sure the box has a check-mark to "Show Trophies for This Game", this will un-hide your trophies for that game.
  8. Go to every other game that does not show up on this website and un-hide those as well.
  9. Now you'll need to earn at least 1 new trophy in any game to see your changes show on this website (PSNProfiles), it can be any trophy on any console.
  10. After you've earned a new trophy, then update your profile here on this website by entering your name on the homepage and everything should be fixed!

ON PS APP

The PlayStation app on iOS or Android can be used to unhide a blank profile or individually manage all of your PS4 & PS5 games:

  1. Open the app and select your account name/image at the top-left.
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. The app will ask you to enter your PSN account password.
  4. Select Gaming | Media.
  5. Make sure Gaming History is set to Anyone, if not then change it to 'Anyone' by using the Edit button.

  7. Now you'll need to earn at least 1 new trophy in any game to see your changes show on this website (PSNProfiles), it can be any trophy on any console.
  8. After you've earned a new trophy, then update your profile here on this website by entering your name on the homepage and everything should be fixed!

As @Helyx says, best starting point is to compare the games that you can see when you view trophies on your console with the games that you can see on your PSNP list. That will show you which game(s) have somehow been hidden. Since you’ve only played 60 games that won’t take more than a couple of minutes.

If it’s not a PS5 game, chances are it’s probably a PS4 game that needs to be unhidden via the “PS3 and Vita” list on a console other than a PS5. Because, yes, despite the name that list also includes PS4 titles
