- Can I create a gaming session /post a topic and/or comment where I boast about using hardware/software such as XIM , XIM Link abd Easy-Transfer cables? 

- Can I post a Trophy Guide which relies and explains the reader how to use said equipment to achieve the trophies more easily?

As long as it doesn't use CFW (custom firmware), it generally shouldn't violate the leaderboard rules (https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/52663-what-constitutes-a-flag/) and you are okay to post here.

As Daiv said, it’s allowed. The FFIX trophy guide uses scripting for the jump rope trophy as a listed method, so you wouldn’t be the first.
