That's how it came in from PSN and onto the website a few weeks ago, which I noticed that too when putting up the header. Hmm, that's weird, at the time this game was added to the website there were some Japanese titles coming in with no names for some reason and that seems to be fixed now, maybe that error was related to this game not taking any characters after the spacing after "SOULCALIBUR" into account... or something like that. Yeah, there's some sort of issue with the site not recognizing select Japanese characters and not filling in the rest of the game's name after that character it didn't recognize.
