Funhouse level impossible to finish due to a glithc that made vine grab point disappear

In this area, you have to grab the vine upwards, then another one (it's where the 3rd sumo card of the level is too). Problem is, the vine grab point is straight up gone. It's not invisible and I cannot go anywhere, which makes me completely unable to reach the boss. I already tried resetting the level twice, with no results, and the issue appeared only on the 3rd run (was trying to get Zombozo hitless).

 

Is there anything I can do besides deleting save file?

If you have an older pre-glitch savefile backup handy, then use that and see what happens but if it doesn't work, try reinstalling the game. If nothing works, your only option will be to start over from scratch .
