To get this trophy could you potentially get a team of 4 together (including yourself) and just take in turns on getting killed by the last enemy, then revive them and do that until 40k?

Yes, you can do that, but its a slow method, you can try to get some points on dead rock, try to kick the enemy to the tornado and then the other player have to leash him, that give both players a like 500 points +/-, after that, you can do the die and revive method

Tether + kick & have your partner leash through the storm. Try to do this will all the basic enemies & use the revive method as a fallback.

Did you guys do it? Me and my buddy are having big problems with connecting. We play for like 5-10 minutes and then the game is kicking one of us. We both have fiber Ethernet connection and it is stable. If this will keep happening then no platinum for us

UPDATE:
Somehow the game works bad on WiFi despite the fact that I had 100% range - I have quite fast and stable wifi, played FPS game earlier without issues and lags.
Once I plugged my Ethernet cable in the problems didn't occur once. The game is easy to boost for anybody wondering - it took us like 2,5 hours to get used to (I started the game from online) and achieve Anarchy Master trophy, the rest you can do by yourself.
