Important information regarding trophies and DLC

I'm not sure if this should be pinned but I found some useful information if your going for the plat. When going for perfectionist, if you get the DLC BEFORE completing the trophy, you WILL need to do all garden jobs and luxury jobs before it pops. 

 

For game over if you get the DLC BEFORE you sell all houses you will need to complete all DLC jobs and then sell those houses.

 

After not getting perfectionist I tested it with mine and the gf's account. Getting the DLC before completing the trophies makes them 1000% longer to get.

Basically, or at least get perfectionist and game over first
