Blood Pact & Peanut Butter Butterpops! Trophy

On the PSN Profiles Trophy Guide, it says to combine these two for a playthrough but in PowerPyx's Trophy Guide, he says that it can't be done and it was just due to people getting a lucky bug.

 

If anyone can assist or give any advice if these two trophies can be combined, I would like to know. Would certainly love to do one less playthrough if possible.

We were able to combine the trophies when testing for the PSNP guide, and so far nobody’s reported that it’s stopped working (also lots of comments confirming this works under Powerpyx’s guide). It’s likely Powerpyx didn’t have auto-aim enabled, where you automatically shoot during any combat encounter without needing to do anything. This is the only way to combine the trophies because if you don’t have it enabled, you’d need to kill Jacob in the bushes in Chapter 4 (it’s not clear why Ryan doesn’t automatically shoot him when you have it enabled, but either way it counts as a combat encounter when you don’t).

 

So you should be good to combine the two. We did mark the trophy as buggy because of the auto thing being a bit odd, but it should work the same way for everyone.

I was able to get the Peanut Butter Butterpops! trohpy along with the Blood Pact Trophy.
