Save File & Performance

The game gets very unstable the more you play. It doesn’t crash but freezes every 10 seconds for 1-2 seconds. It started in the underground train station and reached its peek now in the last level.
 

I guess it’s a problem with the save file. Every bit gets saved and my save file is 2 GBs big. Is there any way to lower this by deleting old replays or something?

Experienced this last night when I hit the subway level.

Easy 'fix' - turn off auto-save in the option menu, goes back to being very smooth. Just remember to manually hit the save button every now and again just in case it crashes.

Oh my gosh thank you so much for this,  I genuinely just thought it was my Internet being bad causing the pauses? life / game saver!
