Does the game need an online pass for multiplayer trophies?

Hi guys i was wondering whether the game needs an online pass to play coop.I couldn't found anything online and would like to know before buying used copy.

All the pass does, is grant full access to a new mode and some worthless new guns but they don't add anything to the overall experience so you're not missing anything by not owning it.

So  platinum is still possible right?

I would buy the game anyways even if it was unobtainable but it would be nice if it is still possible to platinum the thing.

I believe the servers are pure P2P so can't be shutdown, though it will likely be difficult to find anyone to play these days.
