100% need animals ?

Anyone knows where to find the snake? ( I guess that is what it is based on the picture, at the left of the turtle ). It says near reefs but I dont know where to look

The Banded Sea Krait isn't really spawning in for me in the central pool area. Seems like my RNG luck is terrible does anyone have another place for it to spawn? Did the save, reload, sleep at campfire routine but after hours still nothing...
