This trophy requires you to fully upgrade one suit. Does anyone know if this includes the master upgrades in purple (allow the suit perk to be slotted into other suits)?

Yes، you need to purchase the all 12 slot in the suit upgrade

Just create 5 outposts and leave them running all the time. Get outposts that have 9k Genmat at least (not sure if there are some with more) to minimize costs with doing the prestiges and when you notice you will have all the mats you want for the outfit upgrades (that's 45k genmat per day, which translates to roghly 825 red mat + 500 for the daily).

How did someone get plat in 24 hours is my question. The amount of resources needed is crazy to play in 24 hours.

Speedrunning brutal outposts with a genmat boost gets you a lot of chimera levels and therefore a lot of resources.
