Can only be done by inviting someone to the party then observing their arena match, as the quick play matchmaking has been gone for years. Only need 1 other person though as the AI will fill the rest of the roles. Set it to one round and it popped after that. Bought a copy of the game for a friend a few years back who then sold his PS4 before I could give it to him so I've had a second copy lying around.
