For the defeat the game on legendary trophy, does it have to be on this setting from the start of the campaign or can you switch it at end game? I didn't realise you could change this and after the tutorial it's put me on the default difficulty.

Well I can confirm changing the difficulty to Legendary before the final boss fight does not trigger the trophy.

 

Does Danaerium know when it pops and if it should be changed to Legendary from start?
