No, there's no easy way.

You have to find a team of good/decent players who have characters on level 75 minimum (so you can hold 6 body armors in your inventory, although the recommended level is 90, so you can hold 7 body armors - but it's totally possible on level 75).

The Elitist trophy requires you to complete 4 to 5 challenges in each of the 3 acts of the Doomsday Heist, some are easy, some are not, they range between time trials, headshots given, 0 deaths suffered, etc. Look for the trophy guide for more details, watch some videos and practice with your mates. It's not so bad once you get the hang of it.

The Masterminds trophy is the hardest trophy on the entire game, and one of the hardest trophies I've encountered. It requires you to beat the Doomsday Heist 3 times: first time, you + 3 partners, then you + 2 partners, and finally you + 1 partner. All of those players must always be the same ones every single time (for example, when you go for the 2 players challenge, your partner must be one of the original players from the 4 or 3 players challenge - the same thing applies to the 3 players challenge).

Then, you have to play the Heist always on hard mode and in the right order (act 1, 2, 3). Also, none of you are allowed to die, otherwise, you have to start over from scratch. That means that if you already did the 4 and 3 players challenge successfully, and dies during the 2 players challenge, you'll have to go back and do the 4 and 3 players challenge AGAIN (but if you and your partners can rapidly close the game as soon as someone dies, and if you all do it fast enough, the game won't count the death, and you can simply try again, so use a mic to keep the communication and be always prepared to close the application).

Playing with 3 and 2 partners will be easy, the real challenge is to do this with just one partner, especially the last level. So you have to find some players with decent skills, patience and determination to get this trophy. Don't bring in players that may bail out midway through "because it's too hard". They must be committed to the 100%, otherwise, you risk having to seek for new players, which means restarting the whole challenge.

Good luck!

This is simply not correct.

All 3 mastermind challenges are separate -- once you finish 4-man run, you are done. You receive GTA Online award and you don't have to ever do it again even if you die. You also don't need to run with the same people across the teams.

Yes, they are separate, my bad. It's been 3 years. But you do still need to play with the same people.

From the guide

Stage 3: Complete the Criminal Mastermind Challenges

Next, you will attempt the 3 Criminal Mastermind Challenges: the challenge requires you to complete the Heist in order, with the same team, without dying, and on hard difficulty.

Yep I know, I finished this DLC about a month ago or so...

What I wanted to clarify was:

  • you can switch people between heist runs, but not during
  • all heist runs are separate; deaths do not affect them

("Heist run" being: 2-man, 3-man and 4-man run -- 3 runs in total.)

All of this is explained in the in-game award, the game even warns you if you are about to kill your streak.
