I've had a quick, non-scientific look and so far on the EU front I can only find it in the Russian store via Platprices.com (though that store is now suspended and inaccessible) but I did also find it in the Hong Kong store. AFAIK, LGS Productions has very limited reach outside of the US (likely due to how their games all utter broken trash and made from either stolen or flipped assets from other games or the Unity Asset store).
