I don't think you can as that would require some sort of integration between the two. I maybe wrong , but no at the moment. Also how do you mean permanently? Basically so it could appear on my facebook page and stay at the top or something, rather than moving down after each post. Its ok though as I didn't it would be possible due to the intergration thing. I think I might just screen shot my PSN Profile sig and then have it as my timeline picture thing.
