why DLCs are still available to purchase despite of servers closure

I checked store and season pass and all dlc are still available

These dlcs are online only but they haven't delisted yet 

Any ideas

It will be either greed, incompetence, laziness or they simply forgot to remove them but do note the Deathmatch Made in Heaven DLC, includes an offline option for the included Challenge Mode so at least that part of it can still be played.

A lot of game companies has stopped caring about the PS3 store ever since it was abandoned and stop receiving updates in 2019. It's a ghost town and I highly doubt Rockstar would go out of their way to remove some DLC packs that no one would purchase nowadays. For example, you can still buy FIFA 12's Online Pass despite its servers being shutdown way back in 2014.

Look at it like this: if an approved private server ever appears for the game, then you'll need the DLC in your library to finish the list.

 

A bit of a gamble to pay for DLC that may never be used, but probably a gamble worth making if you didn't finish the online while it was available.
