HuntingFever Posted September 24, 2023 Share Posted September 24, 2023 (edited) You can tell if a game has multiple stacks by looking at the trophy list on the main site and seeing if the Other Regions and Platforms tab is there e.g. https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/1552-sound-shapes but in your case, none of the Sims franchise games have multi-region stacks.
