If I install a ps4 game and upgrade it to the ps5 version, will the ps4 trophy list be added to my profile?

This might be a bit of a weird question, but it's something that I'd rather avoid of possible. If I were to insert a PS4 disc into my PS5 (like Cyberpunk 2077 or Elden Ring), then upgrade it to the PS5 version and start playing the PS5 version, will the PS4 trophy list still appear in my profile? Since I'll just be playing the PS5 version, I'd rather not have a ps4 version of the trophy list be at 0% forever.

Only if you actually start the game. Also you can delete trophy lists that are at 0%.

No, the list will only appear if you start the PS4 version proper.

The list will only install if you boot up the game itself, just installing the game won't do anything.

Cool, thanks for the info! I had no idea that you could delete trophy lists at 0%. How do I do that?

Go on your trophy list on ps4 or 5, select the game through start/options, delete list
