Ghostly Encounter bugged?

Anyone else having problems with the trophy „Ghostly Encounter“?

 

Already exorcised two different ghosts/photos but no trophy popped.

Worked fine for me on PS5.

I just popped the trophy before starting a new game at all.

 

In the main menu, i selected "Special -> Previous Operations" and read through both recaps. The trophy popped when i reached the last page of the second game's recap.

 

Seems like this trophy is beneficially glitched.

 

EDIT: I tried it on a different account and was able to reproduce it. Just read the two recaps in special operations, hit "Exit" and the trophy pops.

My game version is 1.201.000 (latest EU version) and i'm playing the original release version in German - just in case it matters.
