All the devs did, was disable the Video upload portion of it - the DLC itself is still in the game and fully accessible, plus all the trophies are 100% obtainable due to the requirements for certain trophies being changed so you can do them offline. Aren't two of the trophies precisely linked to the video upload? I know that uploading 10 videos gets you the Majestic silver trophy.
