Willstown
Introduction Although playing for years I've only really started actively 'hunting' trophies since December 2013, after getting my PS4 I wanted to maximize the value of my games. I found this site, loved it and have been trophy hunting ever since. I've gone back and played games I've not touched for a few years and got a lot of fun out of it. No goals this year, just casual play Currently Platinums 306 Completed Games 310 Completion peak 80.54% Progress (format shamelessly stolen from Razza) 2009-2023 Platinums (1-300) 100%'s (1-64) Right at the end of 2013 (1-2) I picked up my 1st plats. After finishing off the co-op play throughs of the 2 lego games with my wife I saw how close I was to the plats and went for it. 2014 (3-44) saw me actually crack on and get platting on all 3 consoles. Favourites have been Spec:Ops the Line a great game and fantastic challenge on FUBAR. Going back and getting the plat for Burnout Paradise was my other most notable plat and longest, 5 years and 3 months from trophy one to me going back for the Multiplayer stuff and getting this platted. Looking forward to pushing on for more before the end of the year and continuing the progress into 2015. Watchdogs was post patch so not exactly a huge achievement but didn't want to leave it undone. Slower start to 2015 (44-72), playing a lot of Destiny with my friends took up more time. Got a couple of great games done so far though, Sleeping dogs DE and Diablo III: RoS both great and fairly big time sinks. The Order 1886 was a face roll plat and could have done with at least a difficulty based trophy. Grim Fandango still a highlight and a throw back to my Amiga days, can't wait until some of the other classic point n clicks like DotT hit the market. Set another new personal record for longest plat with AC2. 5 years and 5 months. 2015 seems to be a year for grindier games. Thankfully PSplus VIta titles have given me some quick little wins to keep progress moving. Once things got going I tried a few new genres, loved Akiba Strip and Dangan Ronpa. Highlight of the year, Dragon Age: Inquisition - what a monster of a game. 2016 (73-113) after a slow start was a year of a lot of point and clicks and lego games, I blame the project platinums . Managed some memorable highlights though, Fallout 4 was a great journey if imperfect. Going back for heavy rain after so many years, top notch adventuring in Uncharted 4 and Tomb Raider. I saved Doom for the big 100, it was raw, fun and fresh. Severed was a cool little Vita game I'd recommend to anyone with the handheld. Witcher III took up a few months at the back end of the year but was still the best experience I've had on console full stop. The usual glut of Lego games padded out the year. Clearing Tomb raider DE and AC: Rogue from my backlog after years was very satisfying. 2017 (113 -149) not as prolific this year but some satisfying plats. Just Cause, GTA V and Divinity Original Sin were the big grinds but very pleasing to do. I'd been put off JC3 for ages as there was so many stories of the horrors of the wingsuit runs but they weren't that bad. Finally platting The Last of Us and clearing Metro 2033 redux (launch purchase) from my back log was great. So many great games this year, Sexy Brutale, Nier Automata, Horizon, South Park and even good franchise entries with Watchdogs 2 and AC: Origins. Looking forward to 2018 with Battlefront 2 being the opening grind! 2018 (150-178) Decent work this year, year of some excellent games. Spiderman, Detroit, God of War. A good mix of Psplus this year and the usual Lego, AC franchise games adding to the totals. A good gaming year for Sony for sure. 2019 (179-205) Broke the big 200 marker with Hand of Fate 2, a series that's a personal favorite. A mixed bag of a year, some great games like Hand of Fate 2 and control, some backlog trimmed like Far Cry 4 and a couple of big grinds like Inquisitor completed. Death stranding capped off the year and was a breath of fresh air 2020 (206-240) As the PS4 generation wound down this was a big backlog year. The Dishonored Series, Bioshock trilogy (still working on inifite!). National Covid lockdown was good for platinums if nothing else with Battlefront 2, Rage 2 and Madmax all done. Highlights were the excellent Ghost of Tsushima, Manifold Garden and as the year came to a close, the PS5 and it's 1st three platinums. Bugsnax & Astro for the fun free games and returning to Spiderman with Miles. Starting AC Vahalla to grind through into the new year. It may be massive, but I love these games. Also the trophy image changes messed up my format but what can you do? 2024 Platinums (301-306) 100%'s (-) Edited March 8 by Willstown updating and fixed images

Willstown
Added Only 0.5% completion to add and I'll have surpassed all of my 2014 goals, it's been great fun going back and enjoying finishing off games I'd never thought of going back to without trophies.
