Overall thoughts on the destiny beta

I didnt get a chance to play the Beta due to work commitments at the time. But i am glad to hear that most of you guys enjoyed it because its been in my top 3 most wanted games since i first heard about it and it seems like a game that will be a lot more fun playing with friends (and a mic) than just going solo.

The beta was all I needed - it clarified the basics of the game in a blink of an eye. I enjoyed it for a few hours but I didn't find it a must buy since I got Borderlands 2.

After thinking about it a few more days I've cancelled my preorder last night. While it was fun for a couple of hours, I didn't enjoy it enough to get it right away. I want to read some reviews first and wait for a month or two after release to see what other players think of it.

Managed to play the beta and found it fun - still gonna keep my preorder however it did concern me the amount of content that is being talked about for the full game. Not sure if there will be enough to keep the game alive for months/years to come without some serious DLC.

Destiny beta kicked ass. I just hope it has a lot of replay value upon release because that is really what I look for in games nowadays.
