mahoganyman
So I recently made a titan character (I previously played on my level 27 warlock) and with the creation of him I can start on either subclass - striker or defender. Striker is based on attacking, while defender is obviously based on you and your teammates defense. What do you guys think is better for regular story gameplay (raids and strikes and such)? Quikdrawjoe
Defender, Striker requires you to be really close to enemies and isn't really useful on higher level enemies as you'll never kill em and you'll end up surrounded by a mob of enemies. Defender, the downside is you can't shoot things outside the bubble from within the bubble but you can use it to basically place cover for your and your team and at higher levels passing through it will give everyone a temporary shield. Happy
Defenders are super helpful in PvE, not so much PvP. Kinda similar to how Voidwalkers are good in PvP but Sunsingers are almost essential to raiding.
