(it's easy when you really enjoy the game) you will undoubtedly come across free formas in alerts, ect. Like quickdraw stated you can also receive them from logging and collecting your daily reward. I've probably foma's items up into the 30 to 40 times. Not exactly a trophy taht demanding too much skillz, just a lil patience. You'll get it.
