wrafix Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 It should work, can you tell us what error you are getting? doubt sony would help but it's worth a try, I asked em for a replacement code once and they told me to take it back to the store and tell em it's not working, my store tests codes so you might have better luck taking it back to the store where you purchased it from, ask em to test it if they refuse to replace it or just ask for refund (consumer rights) and they'll deffo test it before handing out you're refund, I think they would offer you a replacement though.
