I've tried getting this for hours, just standing and waiting, erased my online progression several times, but it's still a no go... any suggestions? Best way to tell though is to successfully tail someone. A partial success or failure won't work. You have to be successful. After you are done and back in your own game, immediately get in a vehicle, drive for a bit and pause the game. If the background is moving while in pause, that means someone is in your game and tailing you. At that point, unpause and just sit there and let them tail you. Rinse and repeat 5 times until you get the trophy. This hasn't worked for me, but a lot of Youtubers are saying this works. I tried the 'tail a guy, and wait for him to tail you after' but it really doesn't seem to work, i do get hacked but never tailed... Oh well, might just keep trying... To those wondering, this works with the 'tail a friend online' option (right option on the map), tried it with a buddy (thx to Welmosca ) and it popped for both of us.
