Artemisthemp
A minor addition to this Article. This not clear, if all 360 will get ban from sales, since the Patent infrared upon has to do with WIFI/Media stream. This means the ban possible only will effect SLIM or Xbox RC1

Artemisthemp
Yeah, but aren't most new Xboxs sold slims anyway? Don't see a reason, why anyone would buy a Xbox Beta, but then again neither see why anyone would buy a Xbox for Main System anyway
Piggie_Pie
reading the whole article it says that it will probably rule in Microsoft's favor and that Motorola will need to play nice from now on... as much as i would love to sink Microsoft's ship, i just don't think that its a reality... the xbox has too much support in the United States for anything to happen to it... and even though i think that ultimately Microsoft has pulled a fast one and the system isn't as good as their marketability, the rest of North America doesn't see it the same way... unfortunately. but if it DOES happen... PARTY AT MY PLACE!!!
Elliot
And this is why software patents are dangerous. Can we stop this shit now, please, before contemporary corporatist lawsuit culture goes completely overboard?
