Hey, nice start for the checklist ^^ Good luck with your Project Platinum goals :D

 

As a deaf person, are there any specific games or franchises you haven't been able to experience (yet) due to their lack of subtitles? This is a feature I personally still think every game should have and it baffles me every time a new game comes out that lacks it (and ones that have it but have no option to turn it on until the first cutscenes are over and control of a character is given). Certainly it takes a somewhat larger amount of extra effort to enable the subtitles for games with lots of dialogue, but games should try to be as all-inclusive as possible in my opinion.

Thanks! She likes that game she said, she want to do more hidden object games if she have time :P Yea, at most of games I can't turn the subtitles immediately on before starting a new game.. Some games doesn't have subtitles so I had to read the story on internet to understand the game/dialogue better.. I have to accept my hearing dissability and trying to have fun with playing the games.. I also have many deaf gamers friends so sometimes I ask them about the subtitles; if the game doesn't have subtitles there is a big chance that I will skip that game.. :(

Completed Monkey Island games for Click-and-Point PP! Now I can take those games out off my backlog :D

Very nice list, and an admirable completion rate as well  :awesome:

It's great to see that even if you're deaf, there's still tons of games you can fully enjoy.

 

I agree with the subtitles matter, I always use them whenever possible, even if I'm watching a movie in my own language  :lol:

 

Keep playing those great games, and enjoy the stories they tell as well  :)

Great list man, good to know there's more players going for 100% completion.

 

The fact that you're deaf makes some of this plats/100% even harder, can't imagine how you completed some COD Zombies EE without voice communication, good job ;)

Thanks, mate! I always want to complete a game before moving to the next one :P I don't worry about the difficulty avarage rate; I only want to have fun while playing the games ^^

Thank you! About COD zombies modes; I did it with some of my deaf friends. We were communicating through video chat (Skype) with sign language :P

Did you happen to play the first Assassin's Creed game (no trophies)? I know you've played II and Liberation (and Freedom Cry), so I'm curious :) The lack of subtitles on the first AC really annoyed me personally and a deaf gamer friend of mine complained about it to me as well.

I didn't.. My deaf friend told me there's NO subtitles, so I decided to skip that game because of the lack of subtitles and trophies.. I did read the story on internet so I know a little about the story of the first Assassin's Creed game.. I also watched some cutscenes on YouTube :P

About VOODOO CHRONICLES; Haha thanks, I did it for bonus award to be honestly ^^

Good luck on all of that - The LEGO Movie is the bane of my existence, not because of the story, but because of some of the collectibles. The Vita version was mean due to not being allowed to die and that's what shunned me from LEGO Marvel Vita and LEGO The Hobbit Vita. :(

 

LEGO Marvel is probably the most annoying game for 100% - I had a hard time with Maria's go-cart race because there is no railing on the track. Good luck on all of that. I'm doing it for PS3.

Just did a game for Point-and-Click Project Platinum: Machinarium (PSVita). And some other games just for platinums: Wonderbook: Book of Spells (PS3), CS:GO (PS3) and Wrecked: Revenge Revisited (PS3). I also completed Destiny after one year, hopefully they will release a new DLC with trophies; this is one of my favourite game!

 

Currently I'm working on The Wolf Among Us (PSVita). First I want to reach 100 platinums as soon as possible before working on Project Platinums again ^^
