MysticSparxman
I recently picked up The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and I attempted to download the update for it today, but I was unable to because apparently I need to free up space on my hard drive. Now, I was just curious as to how big this update really is as I have just under 20GB free. Surely this update can't be over 20GB, can it?
GoldenShaka
For what I remember some games update the core for future dlc, and for what I know the last expansion will be as big as witcher 2, so maybe it's about that.

Including the 1.11 Update, the current download for updates stand at 17 GB+. CD Project Red has also confirmed that they will release a new update for the game in December 2015 (Update 1.12), however I am not sure about the exact date. MysticSparxman
I honestly didn't think that updates could be so big, I really didn't. I guess I will have to try making room on my hard drive so I can get the update installed. Does anyone know what the update does for the game? Cleggworth
If patches are anything like games you'll need twice as much space than the file size
