But in all seriousness, no you can't get reported for playing games at the same time. So go ahead and play a Telltale game on your vita while you're playing something else on your ps3/4. To add on this, I also think you cannot get reported for having multiple people playing on your account at the same time. But don't quote me on that - because i'm not too sure about it. You can't normally report someone for playing multiple games at once (since it's technically possible).
