The people I flag are so obviously cheating that others would notice, too (although no one did...until the game I patrolled became a Project Platinum game). Thanks. Also, PS4 and Vita games cant be reported afaik. See if there's an option to report a PS3 game on a random profile? (Don't report it unnecessarily though).
