LastPisTolman Posted March 30, 2016 Share Posted March 30, 2016 (edited) I prayed upon first viewing of the dog running alongside the party that summons would take the forms of pets in this world, having a domestic appearance before transforming into the Eidolon form for battle. This small teaser, with what looks like a carbuncle, keeps that prayer alive. A big part of me is worried about the sudden gear shift that the core gameplay has taken in this round - but then again I loved FFXI, XII, XIII and XIV which were all massive departures from the established norms. None come close to the pinnacle of X, and maybe one day I'll see the CTB again, I will remain slightly anxious until I get to play the final version. Demo doesn't interest me, I'm getting the game day one regardless. Nice to try and get more people on board though, which obviously isn't a bad thing for the franchise. From Neogaf Release date rumour. That's been the rumour for a while now. Seems a reasonable ramp up period, and a day I'm quite happy with.
