Maxximum
As you can see, I've earned 24/45 trophies in FIFA 16. The game isn't mine, I just borrowed it, and gave it back. I want to buy my own this year, so that I can finish the rest of the trophies. The borrowed FIFA 16 is saved in my Game Data Utility. Now the question is, If I were to buy my own FIFA 16, will I still be able to finish off the trophies that I didn't earn, or does the borrowed FIFA 16 affect the trophies? Mog
The trophies won't be affected, only the saved data could be. But since it's a FIFA game you shouldn't have any trouble, just make sure to get a disc version of the same region as the borrowed disc.
starcrunch061
What renatabls said. I literally do this ALL THE TIME with games. As long as it's from the same region, there should be absolutely no problem.
SnowxSakura
Any games you play on your ps3 create a unique ID that ties to the profile you played it on, so even if you pick up another copy of the same region, the save will always work.
